    Our specialized immersion tank system performs chrome-free treatment of aluminium and galvanized metals. This ecologically sound chemical process creates a high-quality protective layer, certified to demanding GSB and Qualicoat standards for aluminium, ensuring superior paint adhesion.

  • Technical Compliance:

    Every process is managed according to strict industrial standards. We monitor thermal polymerization between 160–200 °C and maintain uniform coating thicknesses (60–80 microns) to ensure exceptional resistance to scratches and impacts, complying with the RAL RG 631 certificate.

  • Substrate Expertise:

    For steel structures, heavily corroded parts, and castings, we use abrasive sandblasting to remove rust and impurities. This creates an ideal surface profile for electrostatic powder application, ensuring mechanical strength on rough industrial materials.
